A Great Library Needs Great Friends

Duvall Friends of the Library (DFOL) is dedicated to the mission of supporting and enhancing programs, activities, and resources at the Duvall Library, in coordination with library staff, and to collaborate with other Friends organizations within the King County Library System to enhance community literacy and library programs.

The library relies on support from DFOL to provide the programs and services that make our local library such an important part of life in Duvall and such a treasured resource for our community.

The Duvall Friends of the Library officially became a registered non-profit 501(c)(3) in 2011 though for many years, a Friends of the Library Committee existed as part of the Duvall Civic Club. It was the Friends of the Library who made possible the original Duvall Public Library located in the heart of downtown Duvall.

DFOL is an all volunteer organization that is governed by a Board of Trustees and supported by members. DFOL meets on the second Thursday of each month at 7 pm in the Meeting Room of the Duvall Library. For more information, please contact us via email at duvallfol@gmail.com or by mail at:
